  • Filament Winding & Autoclave Cure

    CNC-controlled winding with fiber placement angle ±0.5°. Autoclave cure at 135°C for Vf >62% and near-zero porosity.

  • 5-Axis CNC Machining

    DMG Mori 5-axis machining centres. Tolerances to ±0.02mm. PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tooling avoids delamination on all cut edges.

  • CMM Dimensional Inspection

    Zeiss Contura CMM with CALYPSO software. 100% inspection on critical dimensions; statistical process control (SPC) on production runs.

  • Adhesive Bonding & Assembly

    Controlled-environment bonding room. Fixtures ensure ±0.1mm alignment of CF-to-metal joints. Peel and lap-shear testing on each batch.

DFM Review

We analyze your drawing for carbon fiber-specific design-for-manufacture issues: fiber orientation, wall thickness, tooling radius, and insert geometry.

Tooling & Layup

Mandrel or cavity tooling fabricated in-house. Prepreg layers cut and placed to engineered fiber angle schedules using CLT-optimized laminate design.

Autoclave Cure

Vacuum-bagged parts cured at controlled pressure (6 bar) and temperature (135°C). Post-cure free-stand cycles improve Tg and dimensional stability.

CNC Machining

5-axis machining with PCD tooling. Adaptive feed-rate control prevents delamination. All critical features verified against first article inspection plan.

Inspection & Ship

CMM inspection, visual and dimensional checks. Conformance data package included. Parts packed in custom foam for zero-damage transit.
